High-Performance Polyethylene Glycol (PEG) Wins Recognition in the Textile Auxiliary Industry

Our Southeast Asian partner, a well-established manufacturer of textile additives, had been searching for a high-purity polyethylene glycol with excellent stability, consistent viscosity, and reliable performance in dyeing and finishing formulations. After several rounds of communication, the customer selected our PEG, including PEG400, for laboratory evaluation.
During the testing phase, the customer focused on key performance indicators such as solubility, compatibility with surfactants, dispersion efficiency, wetting behavior, and overall formulation stability. Our polyethylene glycol demonstrated outstanding results. Both PEG and PEG400 showed clean dissolution, smooth processing behavior, and strong formulation synergy, significantly improving the performance of their textile auxiliaries.
One notable advantage was the excellent stability of PEG and PEG400 under varying temperature conditions—a critical requirement in Southeast Asia’s humid and hot climate. The customer highlighted that our polyethylene glycol improved consistency in product batches and enhanced the final textile hand-feel and color fastness. These performance benefits directly supported their product upgrade plan.
Based on the successful sample evaluation, the customer quickly moved to pilot-scale adoption. Our technical team provided continuous support, ensuring that polyethylene glycol, especially PEG400, met all operational and production requirements. The customer praised the high quality, stable supply capability, and responsive service provided by East Chemical.
Following the final application validation, we officially entered a long-term cooperation with the customer. The first commercial batch of polyethylene glycol has already been scheduled for delivery, including multiple grades of PEG and PEG400 tailored to their textile auxiliary formulations.
