Direct application of hydrazine hydrate

1. Anticorrosion additive used for circulating water in thermal power plants and nuclear power plants.

2. Deoxidizer for water used in industrial boilers and high-pressure steam boilers. Hydrazine hydrate is a deoxidizer, which can reduce the dissolved oxygen in water and is used to further remove the residual trace dissolved oxygen in boiler feed water after thermal deoxidization. Because dissolved oxygen in feedwater will cause corrosion of boiler tube wall. Adding hydrazine hydrate to the boiler feed water can not only deoxidize, but also prevent the formation of iron scale and copper scale in the boiler.

Hydrazine hydrate is a highly effective reducing agent, which can synthesize the following products:

1. Foaming agent: azo formamide (azo carboamide) (such as sodium azide product for inner tube production).

2. For the synthesis of bioactive intermediates in agricultural chemical products and pharmaceutical products, triazole should be prepared first.

3. Azo initiator

4. Other various products: certain specific organic pigment products in dye, reagents used in photography, carbamate and acrylate products, and cyanobromic acid products.
