Description
Lithium carbonates , an inorganic compound with chemical formula Li2CO3, is a colorless monoclinic crystal or white powder. The density of 2.11 g/cm3. Melting point 723 ºC (1.013 * 10 ^ 5 pa). Dissolve in dilute acid. Slightly soluble in water, in cold water solubility is greater than under hot water. Insoluble in alcohol and acetone. Can be used for ceramics, drugs, catalysts and so on. Commonly used lithium ion battery raw materials.

Applications
Industrial lithium carbonate is used in the manufacture of other lithium salts, such as lithium chloride and lithium bromide and so on. It also acts as lithium oxide materials in enamel, glass, pottery and porcelain enamel, and it is also added to the electrolytic cell for electrolysis of aluminum to increase the current efficiency and reduce the internal resistance of the cell and the bath temperature.Battery grade lithium carbonate is mainly used for the preparation of lithium cobalt oxide, lithium manganese oxide, ternary materials, lithium iron phosphate and other lithium ion battery cathode materials .
Package
It shall be packed in two layers of plastic film bags lined with plastic woven bags or plastic film covered bags. The inner bag is tied or heat sealed, and the seam of the outer bag is firm. The net weight of each bag is 25kg.
Storage
1. Store in a ventilated and dry place, and pay attention to prevent rain and water immersion.
2. Three-in-one composite bag lined with plastic bag, 25kg/ bag; Or fiberboard barrel packaging, 25kg/ barrel. Store in a cool, dry and ventilated place.
3. Do not contact with acid articles.
