Product introduction
Silicone water repellent powder (SHP) ES-S80 is a highly efficient water repellent additive specially designed for cement-based materials.
After mixing with mortar and adding water, the silicone based water repellent can be rapidly dispersed throughout the system. Under the high alkalinity generated during cement hydration:
Silane active groups are hydrolyzed into silanol groups
Silanol reacts with cement hydration products
Hydrophobic groups orient outward
This reaction forms a durable water-repellent network, giving mortar excellent long-term hydrophobic performance.

Usage methods
When using Silicone Hydrophobic Powder (SHP):
Mix thoroughly with dry mortar materials
Add water and stir at low speed
Ensure uniform dispersion
Recommended dosage:
0.1% – 0.5% of total mortar weight

Storage: Keep in dry, ventilated place (2–35°C)
