In 2025, our company began cooperation discussions with a customer from Peru who focuses on the extraction and purification of natural plant pigments for food and industrial applications. During the initial communication, the customer shared their demand for six types of ion exchange resin to be used in different stages of their pigment extraction process.

When it comes to water treatment projects, performance matters — but so does service, reliability, and follow-up. Recently, we successfully supported a customer in the Philippines with a full ion exchange resin solution, from product selection and testing to shipping and customs clearance. This project is a great example of how our Ion exchange resins, technical support, and supply chain service help customers move faster and reduce risk.

A leading chemical processing plant in confronted a challenge in its effluent treatment operations. The plant discharges large volumes of wastewater containing trace metals and ionic contaminants. Traditional treatment systems were struggling to meet the increasingly stringent discharge standards. To meet its regulatory obligations, the company partnered with our team to design and deploy a custom ion exchange system built around advanced resin technology.

As Turkey's industrialization process continues to advance, boiler systems play a vital role in multiple industries such as energy, manufacturing, and food. Water quality control, especially the removal of calcium, magnesium, and other impurities in water, has a direct impact on boiler operating efficiency and equipment life. Recently, East Chemical successfully established a cooperative relationship with a well-known boiler water treatment company in Turkey, providing it with high-performance ion exchange resin products to help it improve water treatment efficiency and optimize system stability.

Recently, East Chemical received another return order from an old customer in Malaysia. This is the third time that this customer has purchased our Ion Exchange Resin products, which fully reflects the high recognition of our product quality and service.

In Ukraine, with the acceleration of industrial development, the demand for boiler water treatment is increasing. Many companies in this field face the problem of poor water quality, resulting in inefficient boilers and high maintenance costs.
