Refractive index 1.4842. Flash point 9Chemicalbook6℃. Can be miscible with ethyl ether, cyclohexylamine, soluble in ethanol and benzene, insoluble in water. It is mainly used in the synthesis of rubber accelerator, metal corrosion inhibitor, surfactant, medicine and pesticide. It's made by reacting cyclohexanol with ammonia and hydrogen. It can also be prepared by catalytic hydrogenation of aniline.
