In industry, cyclohexylamine is prepared by aniline catalytic hydrogenation, and the commonly used catalyst is cobalt. It can also be divided into two methods: atmospheric pressure and pressurization. In the atmospheric method, the molar ratio of aniline to hydrogen is 1:2, the addition reaction temperature is 150~180 ℃, and the pressure in the reactor is atmospheric. In the pressurization method, the molar ratio of aniline to hydrogen is 1:10, the addition reaction temperature is about 240 ℃, and the pressure in the reactor is 14.61MPa.
