① Composition of corrosion and scale inhibitor

In industry, cyclohexylamine is prepared by aniline catalytic hydrogenation, and the commonly used catalyst is cobalt. It can also be divided into two methods: atmospheric pressure and pressurization.

In the atmospheric method, the molar ratio of aniline to hydrogen is 1:2, the addition reaction temperature is 150~180 ℃, and the pressure in the reactor is atmospheric. In the pressurization method, the molar ratio of aniline to hydrogen is 1:10, the addition reaction temperature is about 240 ℃, and the pressure in the reactor is 14.61MPa. The fixed bed liquid phase hydrogenation method is adopted.

② Effect of corrosion and scale inhibitor

In water treatment, cyclohexylamine is generally used as a corrosion inhibitor in boiler water boiler. Its role is to inhibit the corrosion of high-temperature acidic chloride in boiler feed water, neutralize C02 in condensate water, and prevent acid corrosion of condensate pipe system. When in use, cyclohexylamine is generally injected into the water supply pipe, steam drum or steam pipeline of the boiler to make it evaporate and condense with steam.

Its dosage is in direct proportion to the content of carbonic acid in the system, so the amount of cyclohexylamine required should be calculated according to the pH value and C02 concentration of the system before use. Since the distribution coefficient of cyclohexylamine in steam and condensate is 2~3, it can be used to protect the condensate part away from the boiler.
